Built on a hillside with beautiful rockwork all around the house. When standing inside the house one is offered breath taking panoramic views of the surrounding area due to a very open design. Many steel columns and beams make way for big window panels and openings. With most of the top floor consisting of widows, the structure had to be built sound to cater for a heavy roof.

This house also features state-of-the-art insulating screed, bamboo flooring and underfloor heating.
