This building is a large commercial warehouse and distribution center. The building required large concrete foundations and column structures, as well as a large steel structure with extensive insulation details, necessitating collaboration with many professional contractors and consultants. Steller Project was appointed and trusted for managing all contractors and subcontractors to ensure cohesive and productive work, while also ensuring industry-leading quality.

This project presented a challenge of extensive groundwater at foundation level, calling for large subsoil drainage and problem-solving skills, showcasing Steller Projects' ability to overcome unforeseen challenges presented by various projects.
